We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday in this hotel and we had a blast! Thank you for the superb hospitality from hotel staff for the warm greetings and assisting us for our needs. If you're looking for a baguio staycation with modern room interior, bathtub, fluffly and comfy bed, nice breakfast buffet and HEATED POOL, this hotel is highly recommended 😊

11pm still on going events, im sleepy already tired want to rest. try to contact 2 mobile number no one answering, understaff. Poor service after we check in no available bellman to assist us. Front desk recep not polite to answer the phone. Asking for shave kit with charges.

Our go to hotel everytime we visit Baguio... nice and clean rooms and bathrooms... friendly hotel staff, from the hotel manager down to the security guards... restaurant menu either ala carte or buffet never disappointed us... i strongly recommend this hotel for your staycation...
