Staff are really good and polite! Will come back cause of the staff. The place is clean too and very good ambiance. Our room has great view too! Thankyou Sotogrande Hotel specially the guards and staff!

The service really improved compared to my visit last year around the time the hotel opened. I felt like I got my money's worth as rates were reasonable, considering that rooms were airy and kept clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was generous. My only wish is that they give out more toiletries. Definitely would be staying there again on my next Baguio trip!

We had a wonderful stay at the sotogrande. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in baguio.

Bed are so comfottable to sleep, staffs are friendly and entertaining. Bar staffs are entertaining us in the funniest thing possible and keep us entertained on our whole chill in their bar. All staffs are always saying good mornings and good evenings when you pass by

Our dinner at Brisa Del Baguio (Soto Grande) was a delightful experience.
The staff's friendliness and accommodating nature made the evening even more enjoyable (October 4, 2024 @7pm-10pm). A special thank you to Mr. Dominic for his outstanding assistance throughout the meal, ensuring we had everything we needed. Also, kudos to Mr. Reman for serving excellent cocktails and a perfectly crafted Spanish latte.
