We rented one of the apartments in the resort. It had 2 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 bathrooms (second and ground floor), a kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is pretty complete for cooking and serving simple meals. No oven just a simple gas range and a refrigerator. We were in a corner apartment which had a grilled patio where you can grill food. On our last evening we stayed in one of the middle apartments which we preferred as it had more natural light and a bigger living room area. The corner apartment is more private though.
The rooms were big with 2 beds each. The beds are a good size and pretty comfortable. The rugs though are old and need to be vacuumed more thoroughly especially for guests who are allergic to dust mites. You need to bring your own toiletries though.
The apartment is pretty basic and as long as you're not expecting first class facilities like Baguio Country Club or Camp John Hay, it's decent enough. It's clean and spacious even for a big group. Since it is a resort, there are sports facilities you can avail of.
It is not located in the city. It is about 15-30 min away from the city (depends on the traffic) so you need a car if you want to move around fast, but there is mass transport on the main road. It was perfect for our needs as it was near the house of our family friend and we wanted a quiet week away from the crowds.
There are small condo units in front and I can imagine that it can get a little noisy when the place is full. For a family on a budget who doesn't want to spend a fortune on a first class resort, this place is alright. Like I said, nothing great but decent.
