This hotel has a good location - near major tourist attractions and has a convenience store and pharmacy near it if you need something. A major advantage is the 2-level basement parking. They have clean rooms, good enough beds though they only provide 1 pillow per bed, and thick blankets and covers. They provide free wifi, friendly staff, and a 24-hour service. The bathroom is modern and huge with hot and cold shower with good water pressure. They provide the basic amenities.
Disadvantages include not having a landline - even if you're a guest, you need to call their cellphone number for inquiries. They were also a bit difficult to reach to confirm my booking, took me about 8 attempts before I was able to reach someone. They were not as responsive when it comes to approve QR tourist passes and you really need to call them for them to approve your visit appointment to have your QTP. During our stay, they were not able to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but like I said, a pharmacy is nearby and you can easily buy one if you forgot to bring one.
Overall, this is a good place to stay in especially if you're planning to spend most of your day outside the hotel and just need a place for the night.More
