I have to say this is the cheapest decent budget hotel in Baguio. I had to reconsider other hotels but in the end I booked at Travelite. Typical Budget hotel, they do not provide slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Do not expect too much. BUT, Excellent location - In front of Baguio City Hall, Across Jose Rizal Park, 2 mins walk going to Burnham Park and lots of establishments around.

Our room have a huge flat TV Screen w/ Cable and on our first night we didn’t get a chance to go to Night Market. We were too hooked up watching TV.

I have to commend “May” for accommodating and allowing us to leave one of our baggages since on our last day we will be heading to Sagada.

Overall, the experience was very good. I would recommend their Hotel to friends and relatives visiting Baguio.

We walked in and got a room right away. We got a room with 3 double beds. I was surprised when the receptionist told us that there is a charge for 3 extra person, when in fact those 3 double beds can accommodate 6 persons. I can understand if the beds are single though. Also, they lack basic amenities. I understand if there is no chairs inside the room, no toothbrush, no bedroom slippers, no hangers, no cabinets because maybe it is part of their "Travel Lite" concept, but the comfort room doesn't have bidet and it is really a hassle. They gave us "tabo" and pail instead. There is also no telephone inside the room so the guests will have to use the telephone in the corridor or dial their given cellphone numbers So what if there is an emergency inside the room and the guest cannot go out or ring their cellphone number? There are many things that can happen in worst case scenarios. Overall, the stay was ok and the beds are comfy, they just need to improve their amenities.

The location was great. walking distance to burnham park baguio night market and even SM baguio.
The room was comfortable the only problem was the shower room water is flowing out to the rest of the bathroom/toilet.

It would have been an otherwise great stay but for the poor service during an inconvenient problem during our stay.
The room I booked is a spacious room. Only soap, towels and 1 tissue roll per night was provided. The room lacks basic amenities which are usual to even budget hotels - no telephone to communicate with front desk, chair and luggage storage, hair dryer, iron and importantly, no coffee maker. A plus is a hot and cold water dispenser located on the main corridor. You have to provide your own cups and coffee though. Baguio weather during December is cold. What is astonishing is the hotel has aircon but no
heater at all. So thankfully we have our winter clothes to keep warm at night. In the elevator was an ipad like tablet that is set loudly and in a foreign language. Hope hotel can turn the volume down as it is noisy and annoying.

The hotel is about 15 minute walk to uphill and central session road. Before you get there, you will have to walk through busy streets and passing through the beautiful Burnham Park.

Service was intially great but on our last night, hot water did not worked at all. Reported the problem with no communication on what is going on moving forward. Because there is no telephone from the room, either you have to go downstairs to the front desk or use your own phone to report the problem. We used cold water instead to clean up on a cold night. We were promised to change rooms but that did not materialized for unknown reasons. We woke up witth the same problem, and again we have to call front desk using our own phone. Disappointingly, no endorsement from night shift to morning shift, so front desk wasn’t aware of the issue. Again, we waited for about 3 hours with no one helping us. A maintenance came after two follow ups only to be told that the problem is unresolved. Maybe hotel can retrain personnel on communication protocol to keep guests updated as well as personnel when similar issues occur moving forward. Just a new hotel lacking the basics. Recommended for guests who does not have qualms with issues I have raised and to amenities which are important to me as I have previously mentioned.

Sure win location! Located across Burnham Park, very near to must-go places like Good Taste, Cafe by the ruins, Session road, Harrison. Near market place and jeepney terminals. Good for budget traveller. Hotel is new with small lobby, great security, clean rooms, nice sheets, no cabinets, no bidet. Will definitely book again!
