Hotel 45 is strategically located at Bagong Bayan St., Brgy. Salud Mitra upper Session Road near SM. The hotel is quite prominent along Baguio’s chaotic skyline. You can easily see its billboard when going to Session Road.

Like its annex building, the main building doesn’t really scream luxury. But yes, this is no luxury hotel. By my estimate, they may be on the 3-star rating, and that’s stretching it. In all fairness, their lobby and facilities looks clean and decent enough, which is definitely enough for me :-)

I booked their Matrimonial Bed Room for PHP1,000. It has one big single bed, is air-conditioned, has a small flatscreen cable TV, a vanity table and an en suite toilet and bath. The room is good enough for two, but I was alone so lol. Breakfast, which is held at Hotel 45 Main ground floor, is complimentary for guests. It’s not a buffet, of course, but a selection of typical Filipino silog breakfast. They do have Ilocos longanisa, so I ain’t really complaining that much. Besides, the hotel is about two minutes away by from session road!

And that’s really the best thing about Hotel 45. Even with its affordable price, it is near the happenings of Baguio City. Session Road is a mere five-minute walk and Sm Baguio City is just in front of it.

Room tip: Annex Hotel of Hotel 45 is better

Strategic location near town center and mall, cheap price, breakfast is a common cheap type of meal. The staffs are accommodating. The building is quite old. Comfort rooms are not your typical type. The beds are just 2 normal single size bed. It will do if your are on tight budget.

Good for a 1 night stay for 1 person, especially if you are not that choosy. It is really a budget-friendly hotel, with old style rooms and comfort rooms. Their breakfast also suits their rates, the fried rice is hard to chew, the coffee they offer is only a 3-in-1 instant.

"Don't do unto others what you don't want others do unto you". Sometimes, I always forget this golden rule esp when you are approaching or talking to a lady /ladies who is/are rude.

Although, room rates are super affordable if you have rude and unpolite frontdesk/receptionists, this will downgrade the expectations of your guests and might not recommend to their families, friends, colleagues or even to the visitors asking where to stay in Baguio.
Rooms okay but please change your bedsheets, pillow cases, comforters, towels to new ones as they are very old already and mas nangingibabaw na ang kaitimiman kesa sa white....its more on blackish white than dirty white.
For the curtains, bitin so might as well change it para ma occupy /ma icover niya lahat yung window.
