We were given two sea view rooms - A twin and a double. The double room had a double bed which was smaller than an average hotel double bed. The twin room was quite spacious. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel, they have an excellent buffet with a wide variety of foods (I don't recommend the restaurant Raydan across the road the chicken tasted off and bland - It seems to be quite overrated on google). The hotel staff were very good and helpful and even facilitated an early check-in. The room was clean enough.
Whilst it isn't the fanciest hotel, it is worth staying here just for the view. It's definitely worth upgrading to a sea view room otherwise I would recommend staying a another hotel nearer to the Sur city centre. The sound of crashing waves at night makes for an amazing sleeping experience.
We were lucky enough to observe bioluminescent plankton from the balcony which meant the water would glow blue with every wave. I'm not sure if this is an all year occurrence.More
