This hotel is located right next to the sea and within easy walking distance of beautiful Ayjah harbour and Sur Beach via the nearby suspension bridge while Sur town centre isn't much further away. There is a large car park in front of the hotel and a restaurant next door. You can also find another restaurant at the beachfront which has a better selection of dishes to choose from.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a twin room for OMR25 a night including breakfast. The room had a tiled floor, white and yellow walls, a low table with 2 comfortable chairs, a bedside table, a long desk with a chair, a telephone, TV and wall-mounted mirror plus an extra desk with a kettle and tea/coffee-making facilities plus a fridge. There was also a large painting on the wall. In addition, there was a wardrobe containing clothes hangers and a safe in the room, but the wardrobe doors were broken and didn't slide right or left. On top of this, there was a balcony outside looking towards the ocean and the room came with good aircon and WiFi.

The bathroom was large with a proper showering area and a good shower spray with good temperature control. Shower gel, body lotion shampoo, toilet paper, towels and hairdryer were provided.

The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is excellent comprising of various cooked dishes, bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, salad, several interesting cold drinks, tea and coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found all the staff very pleasant and most helpful. Next time I am in Sur, I would stay here again.

On the way from the solar eclipse back to Muscat I stoped in Sur and picked this hotel. Staff is very friendly, service is good, breakfast quite OK. Very positive: the hotel is directly at the sea and you may sit outside on the terrace (shaded) and look out into the sea. A mosque is some meters apart, so be prepared to hear the muezzin from time to time. All sites in Sur are just some minutes away from the hotel (by car or taxi).

Located very near the inner lagoon across from the dhow building yards this modern hotel has spacious clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was closed the night we were there but there are 2 next door and we drove 2 Kms along the corniche to Zakis which was very good.
