We spent only one night at the Falaj Daris Hotel. We were offered the opportunity to evaluate one of the newly renovated rooms. It was excellent. Clean, comfortable, convenient to both the pool area and the restaurant. The bathroom was small but very functional. Dinner by poolside was a delight. The pool, however, was not heated. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

We stayed for four nights in Falaj Daris and enjoyed it very much. The hotel complex is attractively laid out around two beautiful pools with sitting areas and outdoor seating for meals. Rooms are spacious, batroom adequate although the shower was quite small. Restaurant also spacious and airy, breakfast very good although I would have appreciated some more fresh fruit. Staff is superfriendly, professional and helpful. Perhaps I am too strict when i draw one star for unstable & insufficient Internet ...

Stayed with my father and my baby son. The location is good (need a car to get into Nizwa), pools and outside area great and relaxing despite being next to big road. The breakfast and dinner food was fine. Rooms great and had a cot for the baby, although the bathrooms really need updating (tiny showers, tiling cracked etc).
Overall, a good choice
