Beautiful scenery with well maintained surrounding and good facilities. Best place to relax with the greenery while soaking in the natural hot spring

We stay near Kinabalu Park, had ask taxi driver to go Poring Hot Springs, but he charge us RM 200, so we decide not go as it was too expensive in transportation. The next day, another driver charge us RM 120, so we go, we find it is good to stay about 2 hour here. The bathtubs areas are clean. The water in swimming area is cold. We also go to treetop Canopy Walk. Only our family in the treetop Canopy area, what a relaxing.

The hot springs themselves feed a series of bathtubs which are somewhat leaky. Better, considering it was 34 degrees, is the 'rock pool' which is cold and a series of cool pools of progressive depths and a water slide (for which you have to pay a modest extra fee of 3 Ringgit). Not really worth a special trip but if you are in the area worth the detour.

Wish we had more time at this place. There are ample tubs for soaking feet as well as for the body. There is also a cool water pool next to the hot springs. Saw lots of kids enjoying themselves. Also good for elderly and adults to relax. More than 3 hrs journey to get there from KK.

Facilities reasonably clean but very busy. We did the canopy walk however don't expect to see any wildlife due to the number of people around. Overall was ok, probably wouldn't go again.
