Crowded place to visit and you need to purchase a private tub. You need to wait a century before replacing a used water to a clean water.
The only thing I enjoyed is the canopy walk.

We were on a tour, and had had a great rainforest tour in the rain. We did the canopy walk (great fun) and walked down to the waterfall to paddle rather than use the public and private areas of the springs. It is rather like a public pool, but it is part of a bigger attraction. Everyone was having fun, just rather busy.
Hot springs was very crowded,, the hot spring baths are man made and a lot locals bathing in them. The canopy was good as was the suspension bridges, we crossed over four of them, there was a few more but were closed for maintenance.
A must visit location..good place to wind up after a long week of meeting.i spent the whole day here..not so crowded..staff is friendly..
DO NOT waste your time and money, this place was rubbish, not worth the time to get there and money, which you pay to get in and then again and again for everything you do inside, do yourself a huge favour and stay in your hotel for the day and watch a movie instead
Visited Poring Springs as part of a group tour but did not actually have time for a swim/relax in the springs as we went on the Canopy walkway which was fun. We then walked up to Kipungut waterfall and did the fish spa, and enjoyed the natural setting. A lovely spot.
