It's been almost 1 year since we opened and we've been correcting many
information. However, unless we can use these information, it is meaningless.

About disturbing your stay in the morning, we deeply apologize for that.
As you mentioned, cleaning hours is between 10 am and 2 pm. All of housekeepers work according to this rule basically. Since the housekeeper is under the wrong impression that she might think, that is the room nobody stayed last night or that the guest checked out. We've reflected and are making an effort to improve our service for making this never happen.
The other comments are also very helpful to improve our service so we
really appreciate it.
