The location of this hotel is just superb! Being on Naha Kokusai Dori, this hotel is very convenient for shopping, a convenience store is just downstair, a drugstore just opposite, and there are many restaurants around the hotel. The big shopping centre Ryubo and local market is just within 10-min walking distance.

The room is the standard small-sized room of hotels in Japan, but it is tidy with all the things a traveler would need. The bathroom is Japanese style which enable guests to enjoy bathing.

Staff of the hotel is friendly and helped us to call a taxi to the airport, and it took us just 1500 yen to the airport. All in all the experience of accommodating in Hotel Gracery Naha is nice!

Unhappy that I wrote email to hotel three times to ask if extra kid will be charged, no response at all. The hotel charged me 6480 yen for my nine year old kid for two nights when I checked in at the reception, and no extra bed for my kid. Regret for booking this hotel.

Location of the hotel was great. On the road where the shopping are. Few car park spaces which you need to pay for. Hotel car park was hard to find at first as you need to go through back streets.
Hotel looks brand new. Lobby looks great. Rooms were small but it was expected being in the city. But first thing I noticed when I walked in the room was the smell of smoke. I was choking from the smell of smoke in the room. Had to open the window for fresh air. Got use with the smell at the second day. I don't recommend this place if you don't like the smell of smoke. But over all room was nice. Loved the Japanese style shower/bathroom.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel before moving North. This hotel is located about 150m from the monorail station. We only had one suitcase so it was manageable. If you had more, then I suggest you either take a taxi from the airport. The hotel was new and clean. The hotel is centrally located with restaurants nearby. The rooms were on the smallish (we had a twin room), but standard for Japanese mid-range hotels. Very clean. Staff very helpful. I do not mind staying here again, but would probably try out another one too.

One thing bothered me a great deal when I extended my stay. To this day I do not know for sure if I ended up paying TWICE for the same 2 Extended nites because the hotel staff refused to give me a receipt (after paying in CASH). I was told that in order for me to have a reservation, I had to pay in advance days before. I finally agreed to the price even though it was a lot more expensive than the other hotel that I already had made reservations with so that I would not have to change hotels with all my luggage. I thought I had paid this one female front desk clerk (I have her name) before going to cancel my already made reservation with another hotel and I was told that she would work on the paperwork while I was gone. Then when I got back I was told by other front desk clerks that I did not pay for the same 2 extended days( I did question them about it but they insisted that I did not pay). They refused to give me a receipt after paying them in cash (for what I thought was the 2nd time NOT counting the 1st 3 days that I had already paid and did get a receipt for. They told me I would get a receipt at the time of checkout but not before then. I did not even get a small receipt (hotels will usually give me a larger printout at checkout if they give me a small receipt without the details). I speak and understand sufficient Japanese to know exactly what I said and what they said. I do not like paying with my credit card out of the U.S. as it costs me a lot in interest but also because it may be due before I get back home. I do not like to do financial transactions on the internet. I wish there was a Japanese law that made hotels give you a receipt after you pay at check-IN. They can insist that you checkout at the front desk before leaving the hotel( for good) so that if you incur other charges such as phone bills, that they get paid. It didn't do me any good to recount the money I had left in my wallet (from what I started out with before paying the hotel bills) because without a receipt there is no proof. Other than that they helped me with my luggage and answered a lot of questions which I appreciated.
