Let's start with the positive bits, yes they do have very nice Japanese rooms which is great if you're a westerner and want to experience the local style. But, that's about it on the positive front really. Totally run-down building that has been past its prime for at least several decades. Elevators that felt unsafe but then again the staircase didn't look too trustworthy either so not much choice there.
Then again, the breakfast buffet is something to be experienced (in an existential sort of way....) at least once in your life. So if you're in the area maybe nip in just for that? We won't go back though.
