Very good location, friendly staff. The room was small but with everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless. Breakfast is included in the price and there was a good variety. Bathroom amenities were good, everything you needed. Good value for money. The hotel is in walking distance from a train station, bus stop, Yokohama Stadium and some convenience stores. There is a self service laundry.

Room Tip: High floors were quieter

Wonderful clean and modern hotel centrally located about 1km from International Cruise terminal.
Japanese style Breakfast included which was interesting. Tea and coffee in room.
Great value for money, pay the little extra $40AUS for two beds as room much bigger.
Paid $300AUS for double upgrade for two nights on Agodawhich is great value for Japan.
Area very safe and lots of great little bars and restaurant anyway you walk. Close to museum and Landmark tower.

My room was comfortable for a single but may have been too cramped if my wife were with me. There were plenty of places close by to eat, and was within walking distance to a marketplace.
I found it very charming and affordable.

Very small room
No closet, just a few hangers on a wall, so difficult to keep things organized; you are in a hotel but living out of a suitcase
Air conditioning in room is insufficient, especially if you open the bathroom door after a bath - the room gets warm and the AC takes a while to cool it down

On the good side, it is very clean, quiet, and all other basic facilities are adequate.
There is nothing luxurious, all fittings are bare functioning minimum, but function well.
The wifi is very good
There are multiple small eating places that cater to all tastes, and small department stores near by; they all stay open late enough
The railway station ( Kannai) is a few minutes walk; but Yokohama station is a little far

If you step out on the road, you are unlikely to get a taxi; If you want a taxi, you might have to book it through the hotel, so that costs extra

Breakfast is provided; it is a basic western + Japanese breakfast; there is nothing grand about it, but is tasty and filling enough

The place is not located in a shopping area; it is a quite neighborhood which is about 10 minutes from the main part of town by bus/ taxi ( if traffic is OK)
Reaching the main part ( convention area) of town by train will take a while longer

Bathroom is real small but with basic stuff well provided, and is clean

Overall, if it is a short business trip and you are unlikely to spend much time in the room it is a reasonable deal; except for the AC which takes a while to cool the room down once the room warms up

This hotel is for business use. It's very close to the station. You can walk from here to China town and Isezaki-cho. The room is clean and comfortable, but small. The bath room is so small that you will feel uneasy when you sit on a bowl. Moreover, the room has no closet, so I had a little difficulty storing my garments because I stayed for 10 nights. And there are no drawers wirh the desk so I couldn't keep my belongings tidy. The breakfast has various foods.
Especially soups are my favorite. But I was disappointed that the chinese soup came out twice in 10 days. The breakfast hall was very crowded. I was disgusted to see the man drinking coffee in front of the coffee machine in spite of a queue.
