We were on a business trip in Japan and taking the trains to various locations. It was really convenient to have the hotel right next to the train station. The hotel is clean, with friendly helpful staff (who translated the business address in Japanese for our taxi driver), along with the room being a good size (double room) & the hotel breakfast had a lot of good choices. The next time we come to Nagoya, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

We have spent 6 nights in this hotel and we love it. It's conveniently located at the top of the JR station and you can take subway/JR easily to anywhere in Nagoya. The hotel has all the facilities you needed and you don't have to worry about food and utilites. They are well located on the top of all the shops that you needed. My little boy loves the Bic Camera which is just located downstairs and selling toys/electrial appliances and anything you needed.
Down 2 levels or 3 you can reach out the restaurants and there are heaps to try out. And you have department stores and shops just within walking distance. And within 5 mintues walk, you can reach out to the bus stations which can take you to some major sightseeing spots.
Breakfast is simple not those big buffet breakfast but for sure, its more than enough to start your day with. We will definitely come back again especailly if your little one loves to see the trains downstairs.
To add, many tourists complain about the noises but we don't find it an issue at all.

Room tip: higher floors would be good

The hotel lobby is located on the 15th floor so you need to go through a first set of elevators before reaching the hotel. Regrettably the windows are not sound-proofed for such a new development as you can hear the trains below. They provide earplugs in the room should you wish to use them. : If noise is an issue, ask for a room without noise from trains. There is a shopping plaza on floors 12 and 13 with many restaurants, and the range of shops in the malls of this complex was good. The beds were excellent, room size surprisingly generous, with a good bathroom with a long bath and a very good shower. I was delighted that they could provide me with a special contoured pillow for my neck support. Fitted me very well.

This hotel was chosen primarily for its central location as it was my base for attending the Formula 1 race at Suzuka. With the hotel being part of the central railway terminal complex I couldn't have chosen better. This made travel to and from the race venue and indeed onwards to Kyoto easy. In fact as the Hotel is situated on an elevated floor in the JR Tower you will find two floors of wonderful restaurants and cafes just a couple of floors below you with no need to leave the building if time or weather is not on your side. The rooms themselves are small but not tiny and have all modern conveniences that appears to be the norm for Japan, The wifi worked well and the staff were excellent too. I would certainly stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Japan.

This hotel is very conveniently located right above the train station. Lots of restaurants around and has a convenient store almost within the hotel. The italian restaurant in the food court is worth trying, good for vegetarian's.
Rooms are very comfortable with a good size bathroom. Make sure you get the room on the block where you wont get the train noise. I was warned about this on TripAdvisor and it really helped.
The check-in & check-out process is automated via a kios and is quite convenient.
