Due to directive of Dubai to allow only 10persons max to attend a wedding celebration. We had to shift to Ras Al Khaimah from Dubai Al Jadaf under the same hotel chain of Hilton Garden Inn. It was a blessing in disguise , as we got a bigger property , with a good size pool and and gardens all around . Initially it was a logistical nightmare moving everything from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah bit apprehensive as the budget went up, but as proceedings of the day went on , right from welcoming a bus load of guest and checking them into their respective rooms, we had a Front Office" Wizard" in Ms Monika, to give life to the menus for the 3day celebration we had Head Chef Sarthak Kochar ably assisted by Chef Naresh Kumar, to Mr Prabhat who assisted in all the 7 F&B settings through the 3nights and 3days. and how can we forget Sebastian the "Eveready Guy" to go to for from preparing the shots to just about anything, even housekeeping staff Comfort for leaving short messages after changing the linens,no matter how trivial, would make your day. also Santosh for squeezing in rooms for us to last minute additions to our guest list, and Mr Osama tough cookie to crack, but as the saying goes All's well that ends well...Had the most coperative , friendly , accomodating staff ,in one word AMAZING Hotel staff and Managers. keep up the good work...

We took a break over the last weekend from Dubai and went on staycation to Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah. Due to social distancing recommendations, we restricted our plans and stayed mostly at the hotel. We reserved Double Queen family room with package including breakfast and dinner which, on a hind sight, was perhaps the best choice. This hotel has a hidden jewel which is its food truck tucked away at the edge of sea view adjacent to the hotel with hanging lights. Sipping warm masala chai, munching somosa chat and striking a conversation with Bhargav in Telugu left us a bit nostalgic. Each of us in a family of five thoroughly enjoyed 3-course sumptuous dinner spoilt by choice in a set menu where there were no repeat order for any item. Marstel made our evening pleasant as we had a laid back family time which seemed almost exclusive. Thank you for a perfect get away!

Couldn’t be more happy! This place is so magical! So many swimming pools to choose from and the longest pricate beach in the region! The rooms are spacious and cozy and the restaurants are to die for! I can’t wait to be back asap! Thank you for being so amazing!

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Rooms are cozy. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel arranged a fun boat trip for that was an really enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was very nice and all covid precautions were taken by the staff.
