I booked this hotel based on the ratings on TA. however, it seems that luck wasn't on my side. We were given a room on the annexe building, and the furniture was a bit dated. The room was gloomy, and not to mention the elevator door is just like 1 or 2 metres from our door.

Breakfast was buffet style with banquet tables (round tables with 8-10 persons).

Boutique hotel it certainly isn’t, but clean and spacious rooms, good WiFi and central location make it a good choice for your time there. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast could be better.

Was here during a work trip for just a night. The rooms have been recently renovated and everything is in good working order although the lights in the room were a little dim. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was okay for a hotel in this price range. Their meeting/event rooms were really good thou. Got there early and managed to get an early checkin so special thanks to the hotel. Location wise a little far to walk from the downtown walking area but still just a short drive away. Will stay here again if I was in hatyai.

Stayed here as part of a large group and the experience was just wonderful. Rooms were clean and had all amenities needed. Breakfast was nice and hotel is in a pretty good location near the night market (Tip: use the gate near building two instead of the main entrance) and CentralFestival shopping mall (this is slightly further, walkable but about 15 to 20 mins).

What left the deepest impression on me was the service. It was honestly so professional yet earnest that I was left very, very impressed. Ours was a large group with many special requests but the reservation, reception, and even security staff and porters were so forthcoming in their service that all issues were smoothen out very quickly. Not to mention they were always smiling or at the very basic were very polite in their disposition. It is just so rare to see this kind of service standard cutting across all staff. Kudos to them and the management.

I especially would like to thank Maprang (reservations), Cash (front desk) and the slightly plump security officer who spent the late morning taking care of our bikes - sadly, I did not manage to get his name but it was his service spirit that really impressed me the most. Maprang was most helping in our booking and had managed to efficiently iron out some unexpected issues just few days before our trip, while Cash was extremely helpful in trying to arrange for packets ice to be delivered in the morning - it was about 9 or 10pm when I first approached him and after he made a series of phone calls it was all arranged within 15, 20mins. Amazing.

Thank you so much for making our stay such a memorable one!
