Hotel/resort very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly always ready to help with a smile. Children are made very welcome. Excellent activities for children and adults. Food price slighlty expensive but very tasty. Plenty of eating places outside the hotel. Sightseeing not within walking distance. Shuttle bus prices are expensive. Outstide taxis are cheaper. Worth experiencing the night markets.

I don't swim, so, I don't have experience about the pool here.
I spent a night and it was good.
Staff were friendly and really helpful.
Breakfast was delicious.
Nice and clean room with balcony and sea view.
The only problem I had was that there were three lifts and one of them wouldn't open its door on 14th floor (my floor). They said they were fixing it (I hope it works normally now).

We chose this hotel because of their kids attraction. Even the hotel has activities for kids (at different ages) which is quite impressive with all the games, sporting stuff and all those small kids attractions. But firstly, the rooms are old though they must have been renovated reasonly. Shower area is very slippery and our rooms have soooooooo many ants (not that we brought in any sweets). There was also a GECKO at one of the old elevators (picture attached)!!!! The pool is not convenient. We had to walk through the pool to the toilets otherwise its gonna be the longest walk around the pool. Bubble tea and the ice-scream in the lobby area is OVERPRICED!! To walk to each facility is so complicated. Breakfast is somehoe acceptable. Staff are quite friendly and attentive. Housekeepers are very active. Last note is dont expect a walk on the beach as there is no access.

This was our second visit to the hotel, having had such a great experience first time round, but what a difference a year makes.
The first thing to say the location is perfect and just outside the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin, with a small street by the entrance offering everything you may need. The staff are so so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and a special shout out to Mr Bunty who recognized us as soon as we arrived and was always on hand for advice, recommendations or just a chat. The rooms are large and have a nice appeal although in need of some updates. The bathroom was tired and needed attention when we were there. The pool area is large with plenty of sun loungers and the gardens are well kept and spacious.

On our first visit this was a lovely relaxing hotel frequented by many Europeans avoiding the weather back home as well as Thai families at the weekend wishing to get out of BKK. This time this hotel has turned into a fun factory for kids and is the prefect appeal for families with young children. Whilst the arcades had not opened we were able to see what they were going to be like.
The hotel now has foam parties for kids, children are free to run around all areas of the hotel, even surprisingly in the executive lounge where children are welcomed and free and just help themselves to the food with their fingers. It was very difficult to relax around the hotel due to the noise of children screaming.
So in summary it would appear as though the direction the hotel is taking is a clear strategy change to become the number 1 destination for families with young children, time will tell if it is successful. I am surprised to still see the Novotel brand name on this hotel and time will tell if this will change. I have no issues with children and young families enjoying themselves on holiday but the hotel has a duty to market itself as that. I fear many past guests will move on to the many hotel choices there are, the sad thing is all the hard work the staff have done to build up its reputation, and their experiences, are now going to be overshadowed by a poor imitation of a Disneyland playground. Thank you for the great memories but don’t imagine we will be returning anytime soon.

We are looking for hotel which has sea view from room and this hotel meet our request.
Room was quite dated but functional, big and clean. Spacious bathroom with separate shower. Balcony has full sea view but chairs at balcony were not quite comfortable. Room with wooden floor is a benefit for who have carpet allergy. I must say all staffs here has service minded and friendly. Khun Ja/Front Supervisor was smart and knew how to fix the confront problem. The Italian kitchen, the food was ok but restaurant was too hot even has an aircon. I experienced Body scrub and aroma massage which was great and relax. The breakfast has variety of food ex. International, asian, indian, thai also noodle and sweet station. The point I mentioned about family hotel because you will feel when you arrive at lobby, there have many attractive places for kid ex. cinema room, the shop for kids ex. candy, ice cream and a pool for kid's activities ex foam party , slider. But if you prefer private or quiet zone at pool or at breakfast, this hotel is certainly not the answer. Well, recommend for who look for hotel with lots of kids' activities and sea view. Lastly, room price is very reasonable compare with Accor property.

Room tip: higher floor get better view
