This is an exceptionally beautiful modern minimalist hotel. The general architecture and the details are most pleasing and well executed. The rooms are large, inviting, comfortable. So are the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is very good and, as a rule, the staff is helpful and pleasant.

The airport shuttle runs hourly until 8 p.m. only. As we (a 72 years old man and a 14 years old girl with 5 large suitcases) arrived by taxi, we had the unusual experience of not getting any help: as we were struggling with our luggage, the receptionists just looked at us, as if curious to find out how we would manage. I told them that their behavior was not acceptable but did not receive any apologies or help. We were again left alone to bring our luggage to the room.

The room was esthetically but cannot be fully darkened because of brightly lit buttons for the AC etc. The hotel is situated in the midst of rather unappealing wastelands and parking lots. The breakfast room, for instance, has beautiful one-piece windows from the top of the ceiling down to the floor. They allow to admire nothing but a row of cars parked a few feet away.

The shuttle to the airport takes a fairly long time, well over 10 minutes as I remember.

Room tip: I had a room with a view on the airport. It was not that great of a view.

I arrived in South Korea and got a taxi to the hotel Ora which cost me around £7 and took about 10 minutes. Very quick and easy check in and given a nice room on the top floor (5th) The hotel is very remote and overlooks the aiport but no noise ! The hotel is very new and quite modern looking. The room was very clean and well equipped with free wifi, aircon TV and kettle, the bed was lovely and comfortable, the only complaint was the bath towels !! these are more like hand towels very small and not very usefull !
I didn't get a chance to eat in the hotel as when i went down for dinner at 2055 i was informed " it has now closed for the evening" ( i don't think many people were staying at the hotel as i didn't see any other guests !!) and then in the morning breakfast had not been set up so i went in to the city and ate later on.
The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly arranging for the hotel car to take me to the airport and then picked me up later on that day. I noted during the drive to the airport that about 500 metres down the road is a 7/11 store.
Overall i had a great stay and will certainly use this hotel again.

Modern design, with the Scandinavian, clinical look. A very convenient 10 minute hotel bus ride to the airport. Quite remote hotel with no other facilities nearby so take your own favourite food, snacks, drinks with you, else you will have only the hotel restaurant facilities for sustinence. We ate in Seoul before coming to the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. At the airport we were directed onto the wrong shuttle bus, which later meant taking a taxi to the hotel from the wrong side of the airport ........ but the hotel kindly reimbursed our taxi fare. A fine place for airport transit, but one night would be enough due to the remoteness.

We could not fault the room in any way at all , and the staff were very helpful .i. It's a little away from the airport ( 15 minutes by car ) but not going to have traffic problems as there is very little in that area to cause it.Food at the restaurant was good not a wide choice but enough . Breakfast was excellent. Wine, astronomical prices £10. 00 for a glass of house red I think not.

This is a tale of human kindness and the universe conspiring in your favour. We had spent a lovely night in Busan before flying to Osaka the following day. We were about to land in Japan when my husband realized he had forgotten some valuables in our room at Best Western Haeundae Hotel.

The only option seemed to be cancelling our last day in Kyoto and flying back to Busan to retrieve it, but after many phone calls trying to find a better option, Austin in sales and Irene in reception kindly agreed to post said important items to our next base in Incheon, Hotel Ora Incheon.

I woke up on the day we were supposed to leave for France and went to reception at Hotel Ora to ask if a package had come for me.

The receptionist looked up the tracking number online and told me it was on its way and I had only 2 hours to wait. All fine except I had to be at the airport in 1 hour!

The guy said the despair etched in my face and I could see his brain working straight away.

He (I am so sorry I didn't get his name) called the local post and asked them to hold the package there for me. He proceeded to get the hotel driver to take me to the post, which he did straight away.

My hands were shaking and my heart was skipping with relief when I finally held that package in my hands.

We arrived at the airport on time and didn't have to change our trip or spend any extra money.

So, I am writing this unusual review to thank those two hotels not only for perfect, seamless stays, but above all, for that much needed human touch that might just really have made our entire trip.

Thanks, from the bottom of my heart.
