service is great, quite place to stay, not noisy, and the meals are wonderful, and delicious.
I would appreciate if they can have a meal mehadrin in the kitchen for people who wants to eat meat. but overall great place.

Cons- 1.no renovated rooms, despite any claim or review to the contrary.
2.The shower would not turn on , despite all of our best efforts .
3. Customer service at check in was snide. It took four tries and a denial that they had any to get my adult child a pull out bed that was really two matresses, one for the top half and one for the bottom. It was admittedly better than nothing.
4. The light switches and plugs ( not enough for devices)were dirty. Really a turn off!
5. The big window looking at the Kinneret was full of cobwebs.
Pros. 1. Mattresses were comfortable. Sheets were clean.
2. The food at breakfast was , for the most part, enjoyable. The coffee was not enjoyable.
3. There was an outdoor lobby overlooking the pool and Kinneret which was a very pleasant place to enjoy breakfast and the sunshine until people started smoking. There is no staff asking them to stop.
4. There is nice pool that is heated and a spa that is free to use, although we did not have the chance.
My husband were here twenty five years ago and enjoyed it then. Sadly, we did not feel the same same way this time. Surely not worth the $300 price tag for one night.

The hotel overall was superb. The rooms, the food, the accommodation, the service and the staff were all first class 5 star quality. It was always clean with an impressive lobby, delicious food and a rich entertainment. The deputy General Manager Mr. Eyal Bentzur went out of his way to make our stay in the hotel unforgettable, thank you.

Room Tip: Corner harbor view will be better

The Rimonim Hotel in Tiberias, Israel exceeded our expectations! The impressive lobby wraps around the lounge and restaurant with lots of glass walls to maximize views of the pool and Sea of Galilee!!! The staff accommodated our every need. The spa and dramatic oversized hot tub area made us regret not bringing swim suits. The hotel was spotless, but BEST of all was the restaurant and wide selection of food on the buffet! Amazing! We could have stayed 2 weeks and not grown tired of the meals! Travelers from the USA might be accustomed to larger rooms, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway with such lovely accommodations outside. We loved the walkable location in Tiberias. Thank You to the management and staff.
