We booked 5 garden rooms for a family celebration. The rooms are chalet type accommodation set around beautiful grounds. We had 9 young children in our group so the setting was perfect. The children were able to play safely outside the rooms which were basic but clean and had everything one would need. The staff were extremely helpful and patient and the food fresh and plentiful. I had been told that the hotel was very religious. Whilst there were plenty of chardei families there were families across the whole religious spectrum and everyone was made to feel comfortable. We used the pool, visited the animals and even saw a calf being born on shabbat. It was the perfect setting for a wonderful weekend. I would definitely return.

We just came back from a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Nir Etzion. We went for a long weekend with our kids and it was perfect. The room was renovated, clean and had a fantastic view of the forest and Mediterranean Sea. It was the best place for a family trip and the food was delicious. There was a BBQ for dinner with hot, sizzling steaks and a fresh pizza stand for breakfast using a real Taaboon to make the best pizza I ever had! Since it's summer vacation, they had entertainment for the kids that kept them so happy and busy, and made my life a lot easier.

We just spent a long weekend there. We took 4 comfort rooms, 3 of them with a crib. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The a/c worked well, and each room has a refrigerator. The rooms are surrounded by trees and grass where we sat out and despite it being fully booked, the area was very peaceful. The food was top quality - very impressive for a family hotel; the pool was large and clean, and the staff were all very pleasant and efficient. There are plenty of places to walk including a playground and petting zoo. All together, a wonderful break. Would return.

This used to be a high end hotel. It's now dated and time to be refreshed.

They should focus on details such removing tables and equipment leftover in hallways, placing an alarm clock in rooms and seating couples with children in an appropriate area in the dining hall.

The service in the dining hall needs to be overhauled as the weekend meals are a free for all with no organization or service to table.

Several years or so had passed since my first visit and unfortunately, we were disappointed.

Room Tip: higher floors or rooms outdoors

Stayed over the weekend, whilst it was a very relaxing stay, there were definitely a few things that bothered us. Firstly we stayed in a villa separate to the hotel which was a bit of a bother as weather was terrible and had to walk for a few minutes every time we needed something, secondly the shower left the whole bathroom flooded which was extremely frustrating and finally it was very clean yet very old fashioned.
Overall was relaxing, staff was helpful, food was good yet room for improvement.
