Hotel is up e hill, NOT a walking distance to shop, advisable to arrange own transportation to go anywhere. Not so near to both batam centre ferry terminal and harbour bay ferry terminal.. Short stay,YES..Long stay is a NO. With kids, OK. Stayed in 2 Bedroom Apartment was normal..Cant aspect too much though..Good because its at the 1st level. The rooms were just fine.. But the toilets looks old.. Alot of cracks in the toilet. No door stopper..Door all the way close. Breakfast is nice..Service is good, staff is friendly. Everything is OK for us Family of four except Room /Toilet need to improvise/renovate...

Room tip: standard room much comfortable than apartment

Very bad experience with the taxi drivers in Batam who is in contact with the Bell Boy in the hotel. We are unable to book a Grab or Uber from our hotel to our destination as we were eyed and warned that online booking of private hire vehicle is illegal in Batam.

A group of gangsters/hooligans surrounded the vehicle that I booked via Grab and I was told to take taxi which is at least 3 times more expensive.

My family was frightened and such incidents are happening at major shopping malls and even Ferry Terminal.

The room is big but alot of things are not in good condition. Balcony Gate handle broken, Kitchem sink leaking. Safe faulty, clock not moving, aircon in living room not cold.

Breakfast was average too.

Maybe it was just not suitable for family with kids.

We booked a room requested non smoking. Eventually given smoker room, said no more room.... also out of the way.

It was said included breakfast eventually no breakfast.

Old, air cond old... the bed comfort ok

Totally regretted will not come back at all.

Room tip: Please use tripadvisor reviews then google reviews or booking.com reviews.....

We were seven of us travelling to Batam for a short visit. This particular hotel was located in Nagoya Hill area off the city.
Although the photographs show a risy picture, the reality is different. The attitude of the staff was negative and did not give us the type of rooms requested. Further only two keys were given for 7 people. When asked they were not able to do so. The breakfast was ok. Batam city has a lot of night life and places to eat out. But many touts would approach for taxis etc of which you should avoid.
Never recommend this hotel

Travel in a group of 3 families.So we decided to get this apartment.Its kind of old and rundown.Staffs is friendly and helpful.The sad and down part is the room a/c is not working & the lights started to flickers.Breakfast is abit poor on choices.
Room is dirty.Sink got stuck.Our bed smell of pee.One of the windows can’t be locked.This is one vacation gone bad.
