Stayed at this hotel for the first time two weeks ago . Hotel location just next of Botany Mall and near the highway. Room rates are acceptable but the friendliness of your employees should be improved.More

This hotel is in a shopping center and very close to the Jagorawi motorway. Its service has not improved significantly since last stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago. For a 3 star hotel, the hotel is very comfortable with complete room amenities for overnight stay, and the varied breakfast menu is like staying in a 4 star hotel. However, for the taste of its cuisine it needs to be improved again. Unfortunately, the parking lot for this hotel feels less comfortable, having to walk out the hotel far enough to the parking area near the mall. And parking is under large trees and tall and old enough, this is the risk of broken branches will fall on parked cars when heavy rains are quite often down in this Bogor city.

Last time I stayed at this hotel was more than two years ago and I have to say they haven't made any visible attempts to improve in that time. Rooms are still clean, but remain basic. No mini fridge in the room. Staff knocked on my door, waking me up, even though I had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Breakfast and lunch is just so-so; nothing special. One day, the restaurant was so packed for lunch (meeting participants) that we had to wait 15 minutes to get in to eat, even though we had lunch vouchers. By the time we got in, several of the food selections were depleted.

+doesn't need to pay deposit for extra door key as in Santika Premiere Bintaro
-some days, food was too salty
-I had a meeting for 3 and a half days. Once the water and candies were not refilled (the other times it was refilled)
-I need to keep entering login credentials for wifi which is a bit annoying

Has stayed in Santika hotel 3 times now. Room not live up to my expectation (asked for mountain view) ended up room on lower floor. What I could see is IPB rooftop. Have asked a waitress for coffee service be sended to our table during b/fast but never came. my wife called h/keeping for an extra towel for my daughter. Been told with a lady on the phone we can’t have one. Oh, thanks for fruit compliments but a peer has rotten. Few services staff at reception are excellent. Not sure if coming back to this hotel. Unless....

DON'T WASTE YOUR HOLIDAY IN THIS HOTEL.
Family and I, booked 5 rooms to attend wedding ceremony in Bogor.
We late checked in (30 Nov. 2017 at 23.00) due to traffic in Jakarta.
The first time we arrived, the lobby was empty and nobody there, the only person was security and I asked his help to mobilize the lugagges.
The room is just standard and the refrig is bared open in the room (Photo 1).
I asked for the extra towel for my 5 years old son and the room service said "we cannot give the additional, the only option is to replace your towels".
The bathroom is dirty with so many germs/moldy between the wall and floor (Photo 2). The exhaust was not working so the smell is staying at the bathroom.
Breaksfat in the 1st day was just OK, but getting worse at lunch. The room is hot due to broken AC and the service was so late, we waited for almost one hour to get our orders.
Breakfast in the 2nd day was very disappointing, so many people in the room with less steward/stewardess and minimum food & drink. The breakfast is open from 06.00 to 10.00, but run out of food and drink at 09.15.
The access from Botani Square to the Santika Hotel is closed at 22.00. So when you park your car in the basement, you have to walk on the car road to the lobby and passing the smelly trash bin and diesel generator exhaust.
Don't ask for late check out because the will not give you relax time.
And don't forget the stamp your parking ticket every time you arrive at the hotel, otherwise you will be charged or have to debate with the parking attendance.
