Stayed here last week. I only booked 4rooms for 1 night. Rooms are clean, staffs are polite. I like the shower. Rooms are spacious compared to other budget hotel. There is a parking lot, and minimart next to the lobby. Overall satisfied with the hotel.

The rooms had the most comfortable of beds with the extra soft pillows... the room is small but comfortable.. Close to train station within 2km walking distance... Not so far from town centre itself..

the location were quite good since it was on the city center, near a convenience store and several restaurant. But it was also quite far from public transportation facilities so you need either to have your personal transport or to walk for a while to get some transport. The room were medium although the bathroom were quite small. And yes, there is a differences around 50.000 Rupiah between the one without the breakfast and the one with the breakfast.

Please be informed that there are many public transportation to many destinations (To Riau, dago, setia budi etc) passing right in front of the Hotel and our Receptionist could help you book a conventional taxi or online taxi.

I checked in on April, 15th in room 114. I booked from online travel agent. When check in process at about 12 a.m, the front desk agent wasn't welcoming me very well. At first, i requested one large bed to the front desk agent and i had told him before i had contacted the online travel agent due to my request because i forgot writing the special request while booking. Then he said its only twin bed available that night and i should make a confirmation regarding my request to the hotel instead of contact the travel agent customer service. I did understand if my request cant be fulfilled, but the way the front desk agent explained seemed like patronizing and impolite. I agreed my room is twin bed and i asked for smoking room, afterthat. He explained its fully booked for the smoking room since afternoon, once again, with impression patronizing and impolite. He even didnt smile, at all.
For the room rate was affordable and the room was lovely. The housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful adjoining bed and lending me hairdryer, thankyou in advance!

On sunday morning I was arrived in Meize Hotel at 10am.. The staff was not allowed us for early check in, because they said they have fully occupancy at that time. However first of all they said we can check in at 12pm, and then they change that we can check in at 1pm. Me and my friend was really tired at that time, I know its fully occupancy and hard to got early check in but at least there are one room must be empty at that time and can be priority for us. However the staff said still there's no one guest already check out, but I've seen some people come down and check out to the reception. Some how still the reception strictly said we can not for early check in. mostly in some hotels they will offer for early check in fee or at least they will offer for the room that must be ready at that time even we need to pay for additional if the room type are different.

That was really bad, me and my friend need to sleep on the lobby and still the reception didn't care about us ! I need to come and go to the reception for checking my room readiness. The reception even didn't have smile on her face, that was very bad.
Then when I enter my room , the roller blind was hanging out, and there are a lot of spot on the sheet. So I request to change the sheet and fix for the roller blind. Thank God the engineering and housekeeping staff was very responsive and friendly.

On the last night I stay, I was request for a bowl and how come they said they run out of the stock. I'm pretty sure they were lie to me, because it's possible at 11pm and they didn't have a bowl in the kitchen, then I was just requested for a plate instead.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during check in. Please be informed that our check in time is 2 pm, as you may have seen written in our website or on Online Travel Agent, if you booked trough Online Travel Agent. We would really love to accommodate our Guests a free early check in when the room is available. For an early check in fee, we usually got the information from the Guests upon reservation and we will keep the room from a day before the Guest arrival and it will guarantee the room availability when the Guest arrive at the Hotel. Nevertheless, it's not tolerable for our employees to treat our Valued Guests without a smile. A corrective training will be conducted to improve our employees hospitality.
