Great staff, great accommodation and great location, far from Sanur craziness!!!!
You are given advices and tour recommendations on day 1, which is fantastic and help you plan ahead.
Before your arrival, you receive plenty of information if needed as well.
We loved it :)

Unfortunately my stay was just one night before going to Nusa Lembongan but I would stay again there if I am in Sanur. This hotel is a quiet oasis from the buzzling Sanur. You can access the beach in a few minutes but it will take some 35 minutes by walk on the beach to get to the main beach of Sanur with all the activities and the restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and clean and have also very spacious terraces where you get your breakfast, lunch or dinner (or just hang around). I enjoyed very much the nice view from my room (No. 7) on the first floor with the pool view. The owner is also very helpful and gave me a map of Nusa Lembongan (which was very useful for me). You can get free tea, coffee and water there as well. The hotel is involved in social projects for children on Bali - if you wish you can donate for the projects (but they are not pushy which I find very pleasant since you can find everything about it at the information in your room and than choose if want to donate or not). There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can order from different possibilities nearby. I ordered fresh fish from a Warung nearby and it was excellent (Fishsoup and Tuna steak with vegetables and rice)! And of course, also the pool is very nice.

This place is quite a paradise in its own right. I am particularly enthralled by the beautiful garden and the very quiet ambiance. The breakfast was rudimentary but it did the job. I stayed in Room 2 and it was awesome. The only downside was the Wi-Fi at one side of the room wasn’t good enough. The pool was just as great. I find it really very serene and relaxing.

There’s no restaurant at the hotel but they arrange for meal deliveries from nearby ones. The menu of those restaurants is reproduced in the ‘infopack’ in the room which is extremely handy. And they deliver very quickly too. In short, except you want to dine in a real restaurant, with the ambiance of one, this is much better.

I had a reasonably priced massage by the pool and it was very relaxing. The lady was very gentle and professional. The big problem however is there are too many mosquitoes. It was such a big deal actually but I visited in November so I understand that’s why. Overall, it’s a quiet and relaxing retreat by any means. Mathieu and Audrey were very helpful and their level of customer service is beyond compare. All the staff were very polite and friendly. It will be better though if there were an intercom system in the rooms.

On whether I will visit again, definitely yes (but probably not again in November). And as an aside this beautiful place does attract very gorgeous guests too.

Boutique hotel - the best for friendly service, simple comforts and price. Located on the outskirts of Sanur, you are a world away from your country of origin. Calming water features ride the fresh tropical air, along with wild birdsong. Sculptured gardens rise high above the central pool. Breakfast options on your private balcony range from French crepes, eggs-any-way to nasi goreng and good coffee. Reliable meals brought in from nearby restaurants anytime. We could keep our room mosquito-free. Managers Mathieu and Audrey endlessly helpful with queries. Staff eager to help. Onsite Bali massage to a high standard (I had "Yuni"), in discrete outdoor area - poolside but fully screened by greenery and curtains in a thatched gazebo. R100,000 1hr. Communication by email is prompt. Wifi available. Only 10 rooms. Children welcome, setting quiet. Nearby beach has local kite-flying and playing soccer...lovely 50min beachside promenade walk into Sanur. Or R50,000 at the most via taxi.

This is a very nice small hotel with a very good staff. The owners are caring and gracious. Rooms are nice and pool is perfect. Do yourself a favor and order the nasi goreng breakfast. Best I've ever had in Indonesia.
