It has lots of restaurants and coffee outlets and just place to roam around and sit near Gandhi chowk

Always crowded with vehicles and tourist, its a very happening place of mussoorie. I always choose to stay close to library end to enjoy that place in evening. One can visit this market along with mall road. Shopping, gifts, daily needs, eateries all are here with a view doon valley
It's not a Bazar but a place from where Mall road begins. The vehicles drop us off here and then we have to either take a cycle Riksha or walk. It's a cluster of shops/cafes and a medical store. There's a photo op at the shelter near the chowk.
Library bazaar is a very crowded place. But it is actually a very happening place to visit as it has lots of shopping as well as restaurant options.
Library Bazaar is not a bazaar at all. It is just a small area in front of the Library building (now defunct) with a number of dilapidated shops and eateries. It is dirty and dangerous as vehicles use it to turn around to return back to Dehra Dun.
It is certainly not a must do attraction and has nothing to attract overseas visitors.
It is nice to walk on the mall. library Bazaar has some interesting shops and restaurants. nice place to indulge is souvenir shopping.
