The location is excellent. Its located just opposite to the railway station exit. You can simply come out of the station, cross the road and walk into the hotel. No need to book a cab/auto. The hotel is clean with spacious premises which is surprisingly large and aesthetically built for a hotel located near railway station. Most hotels I’ve seen built near railway stations are usually cramped and ugly. Not this one. We booked two double a/c rooms online for five adults. The rooms were small and cramped if you are more than two people and planning to put an extra bed. So three of us upgraded to a triple a/c room for a nominal top-up which by the way had a leaking a/c. None of the rooms had soaps which we had to call for. We were provided only two towels in between five people and they couldn’t provide us extra towels even on asking. At night, we ordered food online and just needed some plates, bowls and spoons to serve. They couldn’t even provide that to us. We had to use our own utensils. They did wash our utensils for us, so that was one nice gesture. The helper boys didn’t wear any welcoming look in their face until the time of check out when they expected tips.
