This temple is lesser known by people from outside Pune.

This beautiful temple is located in the heart of Pune on a small hill.

It is a bit of a climb ( 5 mins of stairs ) but worth it.

This is one of the very famous temple in Pune. it is situated on the small hill. It will be very crowded on the day of Navratri.

Devi temple on a small hillock. There is an imposing arch entrance from the road and another gateway further up, after which there is a shrine to Ganapati. One has to climb up some more steps to reach the main shrine - primitive saffron Devi idol. In order to perambulate the shrine, one has to climb up and down around it (steps (and fortunately guard railings!) are there) but it was a bit narrow and steep!

This Temple just embraces you. A little climb and there you are - in the mother's lap like a baby. Just pay your visit once....
