It is in the heart of pune and easy to visit. The visit is little strenuous as we have to climb up several steps, not suggested for older people. the man made park on the way is good. A very peaceful place in the heart of pune

This is one of the very famous temple in Pune. it is situated on the small hill. It will be very crowded on the day of Navratri.

Devi temple on a small hillock. There is an imposing arch entrance from the road and another gateway further up, after which there is a shrine to Ganapati. One has to climb up some more steps to reach the main shrine - primitive saffron Devi idol. In order to perambulate the shrine, one has to climb up and down around it (steps (and fortunately guard railings!) are there) but it was a bit narrow and steep!

This Temple just embraces you. A little climb and there you are - in the mother's lap like a baby. Just pay your visit once....

After climbing a lot many stairs once you see mata rani ,you will actually feel blessed. If you have babies or parents or grand parents with you ,you will find plenty of sitting space around you. You will get parking also in front of temple on the main road. You will get no. Of food stalls while walking by. Also you can do some shopping in sb road or fc road area. So if you ask me,you should definitely visit this place.
