Lovely roof top swimming pool. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and additional seating area and good view out of the windows. Very helpful general manager and kind staff. Restaurant was very quiet but food was good.

I recently stayed at the Chrysoberyl. The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and will go out of our way to make you feel comfortable. Food is awesome especially dinner service staff Mr. Mobish is excellent way to serve us very... Good at the restaurant. Front office is very alert staff 24hurs...highly recommended this hotel for relaxing gate way

I enjoyed my stay here, the king size bed was one of the best surprises this is fentastic location for conferences.
Good parking facilities, swimming pool on the top floor, beautiful lines, very comfortable pillows, corteous staff made my stay outstanding i strongly recommended this facility if your in the kottayam, wv area.!

The hotel is located in heart of the city which is easily accessible and from where we can visit the major shops.Their rooms are very well maintained and food is also very tasty. I really loved my stay there. Hoping to visit there again

The great adavantage of hotel is refuge from home... such a wonderful experience we had with my family...
All the crews and departments treated well.. Especially the food still i can feel the taste on kerala foods
