Stayed in this hotel for 1 night for business travel purpose. Really enjoyed the stay over there.
-Execellent Ambience
-Clean and hygienic rooms
-spacious restaurant with good service and tasty food
-Whole hotel staffs are very humble and polite behaviour
-situated very near to kottayam town, 3km
Would recommend for families and business travel.
The hotel staff including the security are very helpful and they are truly good in treating their guest in very polite way.

Stands out for cleanliness, ambiance, hospitality and super food. Their thali meals prepared by chef Jomon is out of the world. Wonderful staff like Anandakrishnan and Vishnu are like icing on the cake!

The hospitality, ambience, staff, connectivity all throughout is 5 stars from my end. nice and spacious room, bed and linen was good and neat. Well Behaved and polite staffs and services. Delicious food, everything prepared was fresh and tasty. Altogether good value for money and nice place to stay with budget friendly.

A nice place to hit the bed after a hectic day of work and travel. The rooms and washrooms are super clean. A special word of thanks to Chef Jomon and Manager Vibin who made our day with yummy breakfast and the late checkouts. Thank you Kottoyam Grand...!!

Excellent Veg. Thali Lunch prepared by Chef Jomon. Tasty Typical Kerala cuisine prepared by chef. One of the best hotels in Kottayam city. Hats off to Hotel Kottayam Grand. The F&B Supervisor was extremely courteous and helpful.
