A perfect place to stay for a short or long term stay. Comfortable room. very comfortable bed. Friendly and very helpful staff. they exchange forex, organize taxi rides, give advise on places to go. Breakfast was well worth it and nice to try Indian foods although all tastes are well catered for.

I booked the hotel last minute as had no plan to visit Vadodra. I had been slightly under weather with slight tummy problems. Was apprehensive being a solo traveller but the staff at the hotel made me extremely comfortable and I felt quite at home. Anant, Vikas and Deepti at reception were excellent always there ensuring of comfortable stay. Anuj in restaurant and Ravi, the chef were always there to ensure I was ok.Management in charge of restaurant was very co operative and offered me special diet and room service. He was very professional and was at hand to listen to me regarding my dietary needs. I experienced a lot of care and empathy by the staff and was made to feel very much at ease.Smiles and greetings from staff were quite cheering being 1000 s of miles away from home. I felt like part of a huge family there. Co ordination between staff was very good I noticed, when I raised issue about the restaurant at reception. This resulted in restaurant management taking on board my statement and resolving professionally and caringly. The room was always clean and surrounding areas excellent. Security staff too willing to stop rickshaw when I needed to travel!! I would definitely go back and recommend stay here for great comfort and hospitality. Keep up the good work and sincere wishes and thank you to all the staff there. I must admit I have forgotten few names due to delay in writing but had hand written one to the management before I departed.

Take lunch with business officials, excellent food, hospitality, atmosphere, staff. Enjoyed different starters, salads, main course with veg. & non veg. varieties, sweets, deserts and much more then your expectation. Complete food package for a day !

This was a good, clean, hospitable standard-level business hotel. Dry cleaning and pressing were very reasonably priced, our rooms were made up properly every day and the food was decent. It isn't a romantic or luxury property, but the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They even made us lunch boxes when we had to drive to the airport at 3am. For a clean, safe, excellent service business hotel, this was perfect for our needs.

Had a night here, arrived late, left early, but not early enough to enjoy breakfast.
Staff were so friendly, from the reception staff, to the porters to the guys on the door - very willing to offer a hand.
I am sure I will be in the area again and will be looking to return.
