Stayed here with my family for 2 nights (2nd to 4th march). Though the overall stay was good, however been a 5 star property, I didn't find anything special and there are few small areas need to work on to improve the customer experience. Here I am giving 3 star rating for the following points -
1. The initial check-in experience was awesome. Within 5-10 mins after arrival, we were in our room. However, without any of our luggages, which were lying in the reception areas for almost 45 mins. Despite of calling the customer care, nothing was happening and eventually I had to go down stairs to pleede them for my luggages. Considering the pendamic and reaching there after a long travel, wanted to freshen up immediately before planning for the next step.
2. One of the main reason of booking a 5 star property and include breakfast option in the package is to enjoy the grand variety of options and surprises in the menu, but we were big time disappointed both with Verity of options and quality of food, especially on day - 1. We thought to give the feedback, but there were other people shouting on the restaurant management. However day - 2 breakfast was relatively better
3. This can be ignored, but I didn't feel good with the Novotel response of my query towards the early check-in.
