We were in Goa and selected this Hotel for our stay. I have stayed at Novotel in other cities previously and was assured of the quality of stay. Novotel Goa Candolim is no different from others. Perfect location, can be accessed easily, fairly okay distance to the beach. Experience post covid was very good. Starting from checking in until check out, all norms were followed. Helpful staff and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Square Meal restaurant serves delicious food. There were limited live counters due to pandemic but the food was great. If you are planning to visit North Goa, I recommend this hotel.

Hi so on our trip to Goa.. we decided to stay the last night at Novotel Candolim. And it has been our worst nightmare coming true!!we came with kids and they are very rude here .. also the rooms have no cleanliness and the beds are broken.. I stayed on 20th feb 2021 in room no 1317 and I am never going to recommend this hotel to anyone!! They charged us double the amount of their standard rates and we have very uncomfortable with a dirty room and wrappers inside the sofas with broken beds and dirty linen!!

We were celebrating our anniversary for which we decided to visit Goa with family. We booked our stay with Novotel on Candolim. The hotel staff was very courteous specially Taniska on the front desk. They attended to all our queries promptly.
Though the hotel needs major upliftment in terms of room quality. The rooms situated in old wing are run-down and need to be upgraded. Here also Taniska and her team did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. But the senior management must realise that they need to upgrade the property ASAP otherwise they will gather a bad name for the property.

This was my worst stay ever . We stayed for 2 nights there . The hotel is a factory which is running in automation with no personal touch. The front desk staff have no courtesy of greeting the guests . They tend to ignore you when you pass by them. The food at the breakfast buffet is worse than anything . It is so messed up that it feels you’re getting food for free . None of the staff members there care to check with you whether you’re comfortable or have any issue . And if you state an issue they dont care to fix it . There is no front desk manager over there , all interns or people with less experience who dont know how to speak and greet guests . They are spoiling the name of NOVOTEL. It is definitely not a 5 star experience, it was worse than ever . I asked for 1 small pen atleast 10 times , and the response i got was that they have only 1 pen which was unbelievable to me . The fromt desk didnt care to attend my request . This is the smallest example of the nuisance they are creating there .

Pathetic food, pathetic service , no personal touch , automated machinery hotel . They only care for checkout and nothing else .

You spoiled my 2 nights experience in Goa . Your team should take this post seriously.

Dear Krabh,

Thank you for your reviewing your recent stay with us. We are sorry that you felt unattended, we do not like any of our guest at the Novotel to feel that way. We have always received good feed back with regards to our staff being caring and friendly. We hope that you accept that this was a one off incident, and not something that we dish out to our guests on a regular basis. We look forward to welcoming you back to a flawless experience in the near future.

We stayed with our one and half year old son for two nights and were truly amazed of the services considering the requirements of a small kid. Complimentary food and drinks anytime for our kid and the f&b people made sure to truly take care of everything. Good location in north goa however they have discontinued their shuttle service probably due to covid. However, can not rate it all 5 stars because being a couple we were given a bed with two different mattresses which come unojoined sometimes and the rooms are starting to show their age.
