Had a great stay at Novotel Goa.
Rooms are spacious and beautiful.
Staff is very cooperative as expected. At our time pool was closed ( as per govt guidelines)
Breakfast was good, paranthas can be thinner. :P with little more options...
Good thing is to order and get stuff at hotel and managed nicely by one woman that keeps all track...
Housekeeping as usual great, rooms neat and tidy and done very well By "Imran" and "Nikesh". Very polite and humble guys.

Had an amazing trip. Comfortable and quick service. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Great restaurant service by Sinnhesh during breakfast.

This was the first trip post our marriage and really Novotel team made it very much memorable. From the moment we connected with Christin for our booking with multiple request and he had taken care with our request to all possible ways. The day has arrived that we entered then at reception it was a genuine connect with the team members like it's the family itself we have been meeting after a long vacay. The check-in experience was in span of time. The moment we entered our room; there was a beautiful towel art, pool view room and all the amenities in line and more likely totally sanitized room. We would be more than happy to recommend this wonderful hotel to our family and friends.
