As i embarked on my first out station travel post the covid, a a lot of apprehensions were running through my mind about my stay at the Hotel. All my apprehensions were put to rest , when i checked in at Mercure - Hyderabad.
Starting from the Check in Process, Response time from House Keeping, Up keep of the room was up to the mark.
All safety protocols were diligently implemented and followed.
Location wise its in on the prime locations.
I must also mention the about the Food Quality and Service was Top Notch, with a special mention to Ms Divya with whom we had a memorable experience at the Restaurant .
Though the occupancy was a bit less, there was no compromise made on the quality of food. Even adhoc requests were welcomed and served in a timely mannerMore
