My Auntie who is a local recommended this place to us. It was not coming up on Expedia or any of the other hotel search engines so we booked directly over the phone which was easy. We stayed here for one night before cruising out to the Yasawas the next day. It was clean, had air con and also had tea and coffee facilities. Would stay again!!!

This quiet motel is right on the waterfront,(though no water access), which is probably why is was relatively quiet even though it's just a block from the bus station and market. Very convenient. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Large pool and courtyard are clean and agreat place to relax. For just $100(Fijian) it seemed like a good deal, though it seemed a bit old. The only complaint was a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. I've no doubt we'd of been given another room if we'd mentioned the uncleaned bathroom, but we let it go. It was really convenient to be so close to the large Lautoka market.

Stayed at this hotel for a night. Cheap room @85$. The first room was a disaster. After check-in we went out for a late lunch. On return we found a strong stench in the room. Reason the WC has started leaking. At the reception there was just one person (a lady) who was really very helpful and immediately changed our room.
Would recommend this only if there is no other option available.

Do not upgrade to a sea facing room. The view is not worth it.
Do not buy any snacks from the restaurant/hotel shop... it is really overpriced.

Hotel was clean, quiet and located close to bus station. Bed was nice and air conditioning was working well and quiet. Swimming pool is nice but when I was there water was very dirty. We found one huge cockroach in closet. Shower was good and clean. No internet in the hotel and hard to find it anywhere in Lautoka. We checked other budget accomodation in Lautoka and this was way nicer than others.

Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night and enjoyed our stay. Sea front room on the upper level was perfect for with a view to the sea. We paid $80 FJD which was worthwhile as other rooms face the road. With renovations completed only a month ago everything was modern and clean. We also had a lovely breakfast of coffee, toast, eggs and juice ($10 FJD)- the breakfast room faced the sea. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Very close to everything in town. Staff kept our bags for us until we caught the afternoon bus.

For light sleepers the proximity to the pool might be something to consider when choosing a room. On the contrary we found the young Fijian children in the pool early on Sunday morning a delight to listen to. I'm sure it's quiet during the week.
