The trip was good, only thing its not too much sandy as i was expecting as in dubai. But arrangement was really good. First we went on jeep to some 20 km to see a tribel village then back and had quad bike trip and later lovely lunch. Well organized and luckily the weather was awesome

History of culture. Dune buggies, quad bikes camel ride entertainment very good. Food provided very good. Downside was DVD that we bought was sold to us as 200+ photos of the whole day, Cost £22 when we watched it at home, photo were of every one on the trip which did not personalise it. Not all of the day was on it. X3 DVD one had photos, one video, one pre recorded history. Disappointing.

Did it with my twins at 9 years. 20 km into the desert. Lot of dust! Short riding with camels. Bumpy. Good guide. Helpfull with the kids on the squads.

What a great day out. Started off at the complex, quite comfortable, they had seating areas in the shade, a bar, toilet facilities. Our tour guide explained the events of the day that were about to take place. We started with the Sand Buggies (approx 30 mins) Quad bikes (45 mins) - You can't deviate from the line as they're big on safety however, if your a strong rider you can go pretty fast in the experienced group. I went full throttle across the Dessert. Loved it. We then got back to the complex had lunch then ventured to a village through the mountains. (approx 45 mins) Stopped off in the Dessert to witness a mirage. Great experience. The village was a very humbling experience. Stopped off to climb a mountain, got some great panoramic views at the top. Made some short stops on the way to see a variety of the Desserts mysteries. Overall it was a great way to end our holiday. Not a strenuous day out like Luxor, but a day filled with activities. Appropriate for all ages however under 16s can't ride he quads alone as would be expected.

Picked up at the hotel and driven to the quad bike center, from the start we were made to feel very welcome and treated like vip’s. We firstly was shown how the quads worked and given the itinerary for the day, firstly the quad ride for45 mins, then a jeep ride out into the Sahara were we stopped to climb a sand dune then back into the jeeps and onto the Bedouin village were there was a quick snack before various activities ie camel ride, dune buggy ride and various demonstrations of village life. We then had an evening meal at the village before a show to round of the day. Then it was a night drive back to our hotel, fully satisfied and knackered. The day had started with the midday pick up and finished at 7:30 drop off, cost approx £25 per person and was worth every penny.Throughout the day there are plenty of opportunities to buy drinks and snacks.
