Sheraton Dongguan is a great hotel to stay. Older in style and decor but very clean and comfortable. The club lounge is well catered and the staff are attentive. Rooms are spacious and whilst older are very quiet and comfortable. Reception staff are helpful and easily understood. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant is of a grand scale

From the GM, my Italian Friend who runs the Lobby Buffet, the Front Desk, and the Lounge this place is TOP NOTCH! They treat this Platinum Member like he is a KING and it's MUCH APPRECIATED! Little things and Big things taken care of in advance and done so always with a smile! The Hotel however is in need of an Update to compete with the Hilton coming up across the street. Hope this gets done sooner rather than later!

Probably my Last staying here at the Sheraton in Houje , too bad that I did not get what I am Paying for ...... price is for 5 star hotel service and infrastructure is for a 3 Star Hotel ,Bedroom old.have you ever seen an heater in summer inside a bedroom specially here in Asia . Reason why is because air conditioning was broken and they offered me to stay with the heater warming it up . I worked hard at midnight with their Managers to get a new Bedroom .Has been a Terrible Experience.

On a average I would return to this hotel for my regular business trip once in every 30 to 45 days for the last 15 years since the first month it had been opened in business. Despite the how convenient the location is near to most of the shopping/ restaurants/highway and public transportation, the management team always took extra
efforts to lead the whole hotel to get to know each of every guests as part of the family.
Starting from the guards in the front doors all the way even to the peoples cleaning rooms. My highest respect to the wonderful leadership to the GM Mr. Yeh.

Room tip: rooms not on the corner of the each floor narrow down the size of the closet

Hey, if you're playing the members game you need those nights. Then stay here. The location is quite bad actually. Nothing around. The hotel is probably the worst Sheraton I've stayed. Which doesn't mean that it is bad.

For the price range it's quite good; For the brand, not so much.
