Really innovative and funky hotel design. Nice shower and good bed. No air con but it’s not often 28 degrees in Patagonia! The staff are lovely and have good English which is not that common in Chile. Couldn’t be more helpful. We had some tour issues and the guys on reception were brilliant and helped to sort even though it wasn’t their fault. Thank you team.

To be fair from the beginning we happened to get the 3 warmest days Puerto Natales has seen in a long time if not ever. They are not prepared for warm weather at all. The room is super cool with a modern industrial feel. The view is one of the best views we’ve ever had in a hotel. The location is great and within easy walking distance to town with tons of good restaurants. But......

There is no A/C in the rooms, which means no air circulation unless you prop open the windows with a wood stick to the noisy boardwalk.

WiFi is horrible. I mean internet here is really bad.

There is no storage in the rooms which made it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay.

We did not have a TV in our room. Not that big of a deal, but after a long day of trekking would have been nice.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special and would be nice to order off a menu if we want something more.

Staff speaks perfect English but lack in customer service.

Reading the same complaints before in previous reviews I thought these were all kind of high maintenance items. We are easy going, but the stay was really pretty uncomfortable. We did not have a good night sleep the entire time we were there which was hard considering all the taxing physical activity.

The location is right, the food is good, the bed and and bath are acceptable. The receptionists are very helpful and the excursion are great. However, I found the room facing The Bay is extremely noisy. Needed to switch room after a sleepless night. Went up to the roof top pools and sauna. Seriously, I think they need to give this area a fix up. I thought we were going to be blown away. The Antarctica wind is strong but at least they should anchor the shingle more properly.
