We stayed here before and after doing the o trek. Rodrigo was amazing and helped us with everything we needed and much more. The other staff are nice but not as knowledgeable and helpful.
Beds are comfy and warm however the walls are thin and staying on a top bunk on the ground floor meant that I could hear everyone on the second floor stamping around until early in the morning then again at 5am - so not a great sleep :(
The common areas are great and the breakfast that’s included is all you can eat (eggs, bread, cereal) which was a real plus for us.
Showers were pretty dirty but what you’d expect for a hostel. We paid 12,000 for a dorm bed.
Walking distance to everything in town and the main bus station.
