This hotel is just perfect. The interior design is impressive with immaculate attention to details. They have incorporated the Khmer culture in the decor with refinement and sophistication. The products in the bathroom are quality, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and hair gel. The bedding was very nice. The bed itself and pillows were perfect for a great night’s sleep. We absolutely loved the pool surrounded by an oasis of vegetation: romantic hanging vines, colorful leaves, subtle flowers. The poolside service was so good. They once gave us a free coconut because the one they initially brought us was too frozen, although we had not even noticed a problem with it ourselves! The staff at this hotel has to be the most kind, friendly, respectful and welcoming of any hotel I have ever visited. If this is your first visit to Cambodia, this hotel will be a wonderful first impression. They picked us up from the airport in a 1976 Rolls Royce, which was beautiful! The staff was very kind with our little 3 year old daughter. The breakfast included was very generous and good quality. Even the couch in our room was very comfortable! I also liked the fan over the divan on the balcony to make sitting outside more comfortable. This hotel pays attention to detail and really ticks all the boxes! The cocktails are excellent. The restaurant’s food is quite good. I recommend the salmon tagliatelle or the fried noodles with chicken. We also took a tour of the temples of Angkor in the Rolls Royce, which was really memorable. We have also stayed in the Sofitel in siem reap and would hands down choose Viroth’s hotel over the Sofitel again so much was Viroth’s just overall a better experience. If you book at Viroth’s, you won’t regret it! We will happily stay there again upon our next visit! More
