Lovely spacious rooms with balconies and a swimming pool. They also offer a very good and reasonably priced massage service. The breakfast wasn’t great though- not much choice or many western options. The staff on the front desk are pleasant and friendly but their English isn’t great.

Stayed here for 4 nights the food was the service and the size of the clean rooms. The pool bar was also nice.

I’ve had 2 massages here and they were both good but arrived late and it’s weird having a massage in your bed. With enough business you’d think they’d invest in spa tables for the rooms.

The biggest downside for me was the quality of the breakfast buffet. Thankfully we found a highly rated restaurant on TA called “Try Me” and we not only ate breakfast there (great bacon baguette) we had dinner as well and the price is very cheap. Just walk right out of the Hotel and Try me is about 700 metres on your left.

We loved this hotel for our big bright room and bathroom. The swimming pool was in shade and the water was a bit cold, however, the hot humid weather made it inviting. We did get quite a few mosquito bites in the lobby area, so spray before your sit there. The wifi reception is best there too. They do lend out guide books too. This Location is a 20 minute walk on the streets( a bit dodgy with all the motorbikes) to the city centre. I love this city as it has a cosmopolitan vibe.

Just stayed here as part of an intrepid tour. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. The shower was mediocre as it often is in this part of the world (not great pressure or temperature). Location is good - easy walk to the pub street area and night markets. Breakfast was pretty good. The room did have a musty smell and some others in our group complained of mosquitoes in their rooms. Most disturbing thing was some guests bringing in prostitutes at night. The hotel should have a policy against this. Also some guests were smoking in the hotel - not sure if the hotel was aware of this.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Didn't collect us from airport, safe wasn't bolted onto cupboard nor was it working, bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned, had blood on the wall, cleaning service each day was very poor. The towels are so worn out and discoloured and need replacing. The staff except for one male were very nice but the attention to detail was poor. The staff need training or to be managed better on cleaning and guest care. This hotel is not a safe place. Our 16 yr old daughter was molested by a male staff member. He had broken the country law twice and the manager didn't do anything about it. Took the matter to the police and they were useless. We don't stay in 5 star hotels and are used to doing it rough but this place was so disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
