Having been housed in a guest house around the corner which was dirty and dangerous, my daughter-in-law and I who were spending three weeks in Cambodia over Christmas and New Year volunteering in a school teaching English fell upon this lovely hotel when looking for something urgently because we could no longer stay in the hotel we had been booked into by the charity.
From the moment we walked in the door the staff could not do more to help us. The hotel had only been opened for 20 days and I think I was probably the first person to stay in my room. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a wonderful bathroom, TV with a very wide range of channels, hairdryer, fridge and safe.
Internet was quite good, particularly by the pool, in reception and on the balcony outside the rooms - a little intermittent in the rooms.
The hotel has a small pool with sun-beds and towels provided and was a welcome addition after a hard day's work in temperatures of 33 degrees plus.
Breakfast was included in the price and provided a range of both western and Cambodian dishes. The service was excellent. The hotel did have a restaurant serving meals in the evening. We are vegetarian and the choice was a little limited although the fried vegetables in oyster sauce and rice were excellent and a bargain at £2.75! Junior staff do have limited English as was proven when I was served a slightly luke-warm vegetable lasagne and when I asked for it to be hotter I was brought chilli sauce! Ice cream was served with a cherry on the top - the problem was it was a cherry tomato! The hotel had not yet organised their credit card system so we had to pay cash and there were no 'Do not Disturb' signs as these had not yet been purchased. However, despite these very minor issues I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Moving here saved our trip as we were considering coming home early. A very welcome find. I have been emailed three times since we left thanking us for our stay and making usre we arrived home safely - what service!

Room Tip: Ask for rooms looking over the back of the hotel as these have open views. Rooms on the side amy be dark

We stayed here for a few nights while in Siem Reap and really enjoyed this hotel.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

We made a lot of use of the outdoor pool and poolside bar although the water is a lot colder than you expect when you first get in. There are sun beds by the pool which are great for a lazy afternoon read.

Breakfast was delicious and there were different buffet options each day.

No complaints about the rooms - the hotel is very new and so everything is as you want it to be. The beds were large and comfortable, toiletries well stocked and there is a lot of space for bag storage.

Laundry can be done at the shop next door and there is an ATM at the Caltex just 100 metres away. The hotel is also just a 15 minute walk to pub street

We found the hotel while walking around, searching for somewhere to stay one evening. It is brand new and hidden on a street behind the main road in Siam, which means it's a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming, they were always there to help and say hello/have a chat with - best service we have experienced in SE Asia thus far.

The hotel only opened a few weeks ago so we were lucky enough to be some of the first guests. We stayed three nights and were charged £17 a night.

The bedroom was on the first floor. It was huge, brand new and shiny! It was super clean and tidy with a minimal black and white design with a western feel. The room had a large comfy bed with a duvet. The bathroom had everything for us to use, shower gel, shampoo, shaving kit. There was AC, satellite TV, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, robes. We particularly loved the outside space - table and chairs and an outdoor bath which we enjoyed using!

Loved the tiny touches to detail - plants in the room, table lamps, mood lighting. There was a dresser with mirror and a large cupboard for storage. The room was serviced daily.

The pool outside was a delight to use, the beds were large and comfy with towels beautifully rolled on each bed so you didn't have to worry about bringing your own. The sun lit the pool around 11am until it set in the evening, loved all the greenery around the pool as well as the elephant waterfall and bubble massage seats. The was also a pool side bar serving drinks and food.

The hotel also had a restaurant which we never used but looked great.

It was such a nice hotel to come back too after a busy, tiring day. So peaceful and relaxing, everything is NEW and super clean. It felt like it was five star resort standard compared to similar hotels in the same price rang in SE Asia. It was brilliant and I would stay here again in a heartbeat - I highly recommend it! 5* for everything!!!
