We chose this hotel because it was only a few blocks away from Grasshopper tours location. Since we had two early mornings, being so close was very convenient.

We were in touch with the hotel before we arrived and there was a car waiting for us at the airport. when we arrived, the staff checked with us about our activities and encouraged us to order our breakfast the night before to ensure that we had time to eat before our days of cycling. Our room was beautiful and the pool was a welcome respite after two weeks of traveling.

The staff was so personal and professional. I am sure that every visitor to that hotel felt as if they were the most important people there. They were quick to arrange transportation and reservations at restaurants.

Unfortunately, we did not have enough time in Cambodia so we are now planning on a longer future trip. We will definitely return to the Privilege Boutique to start our next visit. Thank you staff.

Gotta say that the Privilege Boutique in Siem Reap is simply marvellous. I have travelled alot and stayed in many hotels and this has to be my favourite one. There are 12 rooms and a large pool. Included in the room were sim card, four pieces of laundry per person per day, breakfast, turn down service AND one 60 minute massage per person. Every time you return each night they say "welcome home". We had four rooms and it was a lovely 7 day stay. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and are just simply fabulous. We had the most amazing stay and would certainly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our time in Cambodia so lovely. I have and will be singing your praises for years to come!

This little resort is probably one of our best decision of our trip.

We had free pick up service from the airport when we arrived, got served a cold towel & cold rosella tea when we got to the hotel. Anna greeted us and she was very very polite and facilitated our check in smoothly with a smile. She also offered to help us call up our massage place to confirm our booking for that afternoon (which I booked elsewhere).

The whole resort although looks small and cozy, its the right size for us without it being too noisy and crowded. Suitable for couples or families without children. The room we had was on the first floor. We had a minor mosquito problem but the staff had helped with that issue while we went out for dinner on the first day. All was good after that.

Daily breakfast was lovely as well. The poolside staff were very prompt, very friendly, and they remembered you by name which is very heartwarming. Its not buffet style but you can order as much as you like from their menu (which essentially turned out to be like a buffet but better because your food are served hot and fresh). Oh and you need to order their Mango Passionfruit fruit juice!

Shower was really nice as the water runs hot the whole time and really good water pressure. Pool was lovely in the afternoon. Our stay came with 4pcs of complimentary laundry per person per day which came as a surprised to us but really nice.

All in all, everything was really great and we couldn't find anything to fault our stay at all.

Thank you to all the staff at The Privilege Boutique from Vivien & Jason :)

A very cozy little hotel where staff take good care of you. We were fortunate enough upgraded to a suite with large lounge areas, luxury baths, etc. Cozy garden with pool where we also have breakfast. The hotel is close to the city center. They had our own organized tuctuc drivers who took us safely to the temples and other excursions. we had the same driver the entire stay. Very good hotel. Stay here if you go to Siem Reap.

An awesome hotel with exceptional service. Professional and knowledgeable without being intrusive. They knew what I wanted or needed before I asked for it. Everything from cell phone SIM cards to Driver’s to tour guides.

Breakfast poolside was lovely — even when it rained!

The area is quiet, with some lovely restaurants and two coffee shops on the same block. A 5 minute walk gets you to the middle of everything.

This was my first visit to Siem Reap. The team at Privilege made sure it would not be my last. Charming in all ways.
