Well I have to say this wouldn’t be my sort of hotel at all - far too dark and depressing HOWEVER as we were on business and the customer was paying their hotel we went with the flow ;)
The amount of hand carved doors, chairs, desks, bars, walls, plant pots and carvings on the wall would probably burn fir about 18 months should it evervti have the misfortune to catch a spark :) the ornamental ‘swimming pool’ behind the reception area would probably better served with a few Koi Carp swimming around in it - but I can understand how a hotel of this nature ‘wood’ appeal.
Regardless to that the staff are lovely and very helpful and flexible. The rooms I found very dark and a limited amount of sockets that seamed to reduce daily so ended up charging the phone in the bathroom.
Breakfast was at best ‘limited,
Decent location close to the airport.More
