Lynnaya is a nice little boutique resort in one of the best locations in Siem Reap. Not too far away from the bustling center, but also not too close to be disturbed.

The resort is not too big, and the entrance may put you off a little bit, but inside is a very nicely attended boutique.

Me and my wife stayed in the Junior Suite, but we did get a chance to view the bangalow as well. If you want an outside Bathtub and shower, go for the Junior suite, otherwise Bungalow will offer almost the exactly same layout as well. The best thing we like was the high ceiling and super efficient air conditioning.

It would be nice if they would light up the aroma oil diffusers in the bathroom, not sure why they didnt use it. Also, ahving a bottle opener and a lighter in every room may be a good idea, since there are candles but no lighters to light them with.

The breakfast is not great, but not bad either. They make some nice eggs, and the noodles are not half bad.

The pool is not huge, about 12 meters by 4 meters to my estimate. You can consider it a nice plunge pool. There are 10 or so nice comfy sun beds.

Nearby the pool is Nirvana Spa, which is also a very nice value for money spa. We had Head reflexology 30 minute spa almost daily, it was only 9 dollars per person.

The hotel pick up and send off uses nice vehicles so no worries there. But while pick up was free, we were asked to pay for our departure.

The hospitality of the front desk staffs are amazing, very helpful. Especially Jack is very hospitable and fluent in English. He comes with a killer smile.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Lynnaya and will recommend to anyone who thinks Value for Money and Location is important.

Fabulous staff. From the moment we walked in, we were looked after. Special shout-out to Jack at the front desk who was extremely helpful - gave us restaurant suggestions and tips about the temple. Check in was smooth. The room was very nice and spacious.- clean and sleek with a little balcony (though be careful, the floor is very slippery!). Breakfast was good with lots of different options. We stayed 3 days and felt the variety - only suggestion is to add in fresh fruit juice. We used the spa for massage and were very happy. More expsive than out in the city bit you are in the comfort of the hotel so we did not.mind after a long hot day. The location is really good. A 5min tuk tuk ride to Pub Street, night market and many restaurants. If you find Mr. Dee outside the hotel with the tuk tuk, he's excellent! He took us to angkor wat and we used his services whenever he was available. Speaks good practical English. Overall, definitely worth the money and would pick it again if I come back to Siem reap. Oh and I must add, they were so nice to let us use the showers in the spa. We had alresdy checked out but our flight was late in the evening so it was great to ne able to freshen up.

I stayed in Lynnaya for around 4 days. When me and my family arrived, we were nicely greeted and the member of the staff introduced us to Siem Reap. The rooms are nice, big and comfortable. The TV has a lot of programs if you get stuck when its raining or something. Staff is extra friendly, always smiling and most of them speak english well. Breakfast is big and tasty. The only thing I think is missing in here is the gym. There is no gym altrough it says "fitness" on that paper for review in the room. Reccomend this hotel.

The staff is wonderful: kind and helpful. The mid-size pool has beautiful clear water. The breakfast is very good with asian and western food. The open breakfast room is very nice. The room is very comfortable with a great bed and very soft bed sheets. The large size bathroom is clean.

Room Tip: i really enjoyed the junior suite

We stay here are 5 nights and the room is clean. Breakfast was included and quite nice. Some part is under construction which could be noisy. There was no water during our first hour of visit due to maintenance. Otherwise the staffs are friendly and the location are within walking distance to old market or take Tuk Tuk just $1. Would recommend to stay.
