We stayed here for 3 nights. Very basic facilities and breakfast. It is about 15 minute drive to pub street in tuk tuk. Many tuk tuk drivers do not know about this place. They need to ring hotel to find this place. Not much around the hotel such as lunch or dinner option. Hotel does not provide other meals except for breakfast. Great pool. No safe in room. The staff were very friendly and allowed us in the hotel room until our transfer picked us up. It was quite season.

Dear Karen,

Thank you very much for sharing your heartwarming compliments. It is such a pleasure to know that the Desire park Hotel had been your luxurious haven after cruising the Siem Reap Angkor and that you had enjoyed most of the hotel’s beautiful and well-kept facilities including the pool. Overall, I am glad that your whole experience had been wonderful. However, all of your comments and review is very important for us to improve and maintains our service.

I hope that you would be able to return your stay again at The Desire Park Boutique Hotel.

Best Regards,

The people are lovely and the facilities are all quite nice and its quick to town via a tuk tuk. The pool is lovely. However there is no information book in the rooms and the phones aren't connected. There's no lift so you have to go up and down the stairs anytime you need something. They don't make up the rooms during the stay so if your staying a while beware - no additional toiletries and no additional water is given and the nearest shop is a fair walk. And when you want to get home you have to direct the tuk tuk drivers yourself as none know where the hotel is. On checkout we discovered they don't take credit cards for inder $25 USD but they don't tell you this. Fortunately they took what cash i had despite it being $1.50 short otherwise a long trip to the atm would have been required when we were supposed to be going to the airport.

We stayed for four nights at the Desire Park Boutique hotel. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main street, it is just a $3 tuk tuk ride to "Pub Street" and all the action. The room was very clean, TV, fridge and nice shower. Two free bottles of water per day. Free Wifi. Very nice staff who would do anything to make your stay positive. They do have a small pool which is very nice on the hot days although we barely had time to use it. I lost my eye glasses and the hotel was able to forward them on to us in Phnom Penh so that I got them the next day. The breakfast could be improved. It is busy as tour groups want to get in and out quickly. The two staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times and the food sometimes ran out and the staff had to really run to keep containers full. But a range of offerings were included as well as various eggs, omelet, etc.

Room Tip: All rooms seem to be quiet. Hotel is quaint with nice decor. Corner suite (which we had) was very sunny (keep curtains closed).

Nice little budget hotel, a tuc tuc /bicycle ride 10-15 minutes out of the town centre.
Nice comfortable clean room. Shower kept causing the power to cut out which was a pain as I had to getting out the shower to put it back on in pitch black.
Small but nice pool lounging area. Staff helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was basic. The first day they had cleared everything away early (30 mins) and although offered us the menu was dissapointed by this.

I was a resident in February and booked the hotel again in November because I love the staff here. They are dedicated to making my stay complete. The pool, though very inviting was not used ONLY because I was so busy. The breakfasts were very good with fresh fruit, eggs, cereal, tea and excellent coffee. The staff really tries to let you know you are welcome here. In room massage service is very good and inexpensive-not like a spa service. The location is out of the center of Siem Reap activity, so it is quiet. Tuk Tuk, cab or van service is readily available and inexpensive. I will be back, hopefully in February
