From the moment of our arrival the Shinta Mani Club staff were friendly and attentive to one's every need that it was a wrench to leave. While it is not very big the building is very well laid out, beautiful and spacious and the room elegant. The pool and the spa are great and not to be missed. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but is only a short stroll or tuk tuk ride from the action on pub street and the markets in the center of Siem Reap. Their shop across the street supports local artisans and has really high quality stuff that you can depend on. However it is the staff who make this hotel the best that we have stayed in for a very long time. It is worth going back to Siem Reap all the way from Ireland just to stay here.

From the warmth of the welcome at our arrival through to all the meals we enjoyed the Shinta Mani and its staff gave us a wonderful stay.
Our ground-floor room was spacious and opened onto the garden and pool area.
Guests enjoying the sun loungers were given free ice creams and a good 10 mins free back massage .
We are recommending friends to stay when they visit Cambodia next year knowing what a wonderful stay they will have.

The resort is just outside the main town of Siem Reap. The rooms are nicely appointed and well maintained. The included breakfast had a wide variety and the staff was friendly and eager to help. There is a nice pool area to relax by. Just a great place to serve as a base to explore the Angor Wat complex.

We had a spacious, pool view room with all the comforts you would expect. Our room was quiet despite being located near the stairs. There is no lift, so keep this in mind when you book. They provide bottled drinking water in your room as well as handing it to you each time you return to the hotel. They spray once a week (fogging) to help control mosquitoes...as well as spray your room as part of the evening turn-down service. Breakfast had a great variety....freshly cooked eggs were quick to be served.
We loved the location, a nice interesting walk to Pub Street and the markets..or easy tuk-tuk from the hotel only $2US. And just down the road near the corner are a couple of supermarkets, several laundry services, massage services, tailor and good money change office. Better rate here than at the market money change. All these services within 2 blocks walk.

Room Tip: Pool view away from restaurant kitchen. Remember ground floor unit as no lift if stairs an issue

I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this is honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not the biggest or the flashest but it has the most amazing staff on this planet. They are incredibly warm and friendly, remember our names and just went above and beyond. The hotel is quirky and has amazing architecture and the rooms are well maintained and I like that this hotel isn't too big. It still offers that intimate setting. Pool is also great and the free icecream is a great idea. Thank you Shinta Mani!!
