Excellent hotel, excellent staff from door and reception to room attendants.
Good location if you want to enjoy the facilities of a resort - pool, massage and restaurant. Also very handy to temples.

Rooms were very comfortable and there was no noise to bother you.

The restaurant menu for dinner can do with some improvement.

Room Tip: All rooms have views to the main pool but there is noise to disrupt your sleep.

Wi-Fi: you're lucky to get enough download speed to send a WhatsApp message. You can barely send a picture.
Breakfast: repeated options every day. To outline the lack of options available: they have just three different fruits available. Being a vegetarian I just had beans on toast everyday.
Room service: I ordered a margarita pizza and was told it will take about 10 mins. 10 mins later they called and said you want a margarita (as in a drink) but what pizza do you want. Painfully after a couple minutes they understood my order.
Room service food quality: the pizza was disgusting. Couldn't have a bite. I complained to guest services... nothing happened I was just told a manager will be notified.
House keeping: poorly stocked toiletries. We had to ask for toilet roll twice during our stay. We ordered fresh towels and toothbrushes and just got toothbrushes. Our room hasn't been swept or sheets changed during our stay.
Lack of English speaking staff: a lot of the problems outlined could be resolved with staff that can speak several languages. Big language barrier between staff and guests.

I am so disappointed with my stay here.

Facilities. Great pool and spa. Great sauna and steam. Lovely staff in the breakfast area who were just very warming.
The pool has to be mentioned twice it's that good.
Free transfers. That does add up a bit and it's nice not having to try negotiate with drivers or tuk tuks etc.
Good size room.
Nice greeting when you enter and leave.

Upgrade your Wi-Fi technology.
Invest in improving staffs English skills. They should at least know their menu and common food and requests.
Change your chef or shake up the menus they are so stale.
Change your pizza recipe.
Change your breakfast options.
If a guest comes to client relations to make a complaint it should be taken seriously.
Have quality control over house keeping as it seems that there is large difference is quality depending on the day.

We stayed at the hotel for about 3 days and it was perfect for our trip! The pool area is beautiful and awesome to relax at after a tour around Angkor Wat. The location is good as you have restaurants in walking distance as well as a supermarket right on the other side of the street. The night market is also in walking distance (max 10 minutes) but tuk tuks to pub street/ nightmarket are only 2USD if you don't want to walk.
The hotel itself has a wonderful interior and is very spacious (so are the rooms!!). Breakfast was also good with many options to choose from - fresh juices and more sweet options would have been good though! All around staff was really nice and forthcoming - I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic 5star hotel with pool and spa. Very good food and excellent service. Rooms overlook the pool and are very clean and well presented. The only concern we had and I might add it turned out to be a very dangerous concern. We asked for an iron and ironing board, they eventually turned up at about 11,15pm after several conversations with housekeeping who said they only had one iron. When my wife tried to fill the iron with water it ran out the bottom because the plastic cover was broken in several places. When it was plugged into the socket all the lights fused and the maintenance engineer had to be called to get into the roof cavity to reset the tripped fuses. The following morning we spoke to another couple from our tour and they said the same thing had happened to them, the water poured out of the bottom of the iron and they refused to use it. Our tour guide explained the danger situation of these irons but there was no apology from the management. For a hotel of this quality this is unacceptable, so travellers be aware.
